Grace Period for Free Upgrades to New Adobe Acrobat X

Adobe announced Acrobat X on 18-October-2010 and it is open for preorder but not shipping yet… The release date will be approximate 30 days post announce, and in the meantime you can still buy Adobe Acrobat 9 (or download the Acrobat 9 Pro free trial) if you need something going today.

The good news is this post-announce FREE upgrade policy remains in effect for Adobe Acrobat X. You can get the best of both worlds and buy or upgrade to Acrobat 9 now, and then later get a FREE upgrade to Acrobat X.

What's more, Acrobat 6 was a very popular version of the product – and with Adobe's "three versions back" limit for upgrade pricing, once Acrobat 10 is released it will be the end of upgrade eligibility for users who are still on Acrobat 6.

NOTE:

1. All customer who purchase Acrobat 9 get a FREE upgrade to Ver X until Acrobat X shipment dates.

2. The last chance for Acrobat 6 users to upgrade to Acrobat 9 and get FREE upgrade to Acrobat X as well (order to be placed before November 10th to be eligible for this).
